Once you have pre-qualified a client, confirming that they are serious about purchasing a home, our next step is to meet with them for the Buyers Consultation:

- Their Wants and Needs
- The Homebuying process
- Make a plan to get them into their new home.
We will accomplish our goal by using the Conversational Road Map we used while building the Buyer Prequalification Script in Episode 11.
